NiSource (NYSE: NI), a large regional energy provider with 4 million natural gas and electric customers across seven states, was looking for a way to provide their team with current, in-depth information about utility line repairs being made in the field.
We employed our proprietary human avatar technology to create an interactive, mobile learning management system that is accessible anytime, anywhere, and on any device. Now, NiSource is able to quickly deploy training tools and information to their field staff, as well as ensure that information is communicated clearly and accurately to ensure safety and efficiency. And when their technicians have a question, they’re guided through an easy-to-use, interactive training tutorial on their tablet rather than flipping through a manual or searching an online knowledge base.
